Refund and Cancellation Policy

All the invoices are due on booking.

If the order is cancelled within 7 days of booked travel or event date, full amount of the invoice is due.

If the order is cancelled more than 7 days before, 98% of the payment will be refunded. 2% will be retained to cover administration charges (actual percentage will vary depending on the time spent by our staff).
